About Us

Osprey bistro is a small eatery serving the South Park neighborhood. Owner and Executive Chef Shane Ryan has spent his career cooking in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants. He wanted to create a space where the elevated dishes of fine dining could be accessible in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. We build our menus around local, seasonal produce, including items from Chef Shane's own garden. 

With a relaxing patio, open kitchen, creative dishes, and friendly staff, we aim to become a new neighborhood favorite.
